Connie McIntyre has served over 40 years at AGL Resources in many management roles throughout various departments in field operations, IT, and Customer Experience. After spending her last 10 years at AGL as the Vice President of Customer Experience, Connie retired in 2018 and began pursuing her coaching and consulting career where she is a PCC (professional certified coach) through International Coach Federation (ICF).     

Alicia Smith is an experienced leader with 25 years of experience in due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, capital project development, and sustainability. She has a significant understanding of environmental, social, and governance challenges, and strategies to move the business forward.

Jim Crowley has over 30 years in the natural gas industry with 20 plus in various leadership roles at Easton (Maryland) Utilities. His responsibilities and experience span from gas procurement, federal, state and local regulatory code compliance, expert witness, financial planning, system planning and design, gas/electric and water operations and employee training and safety.

Wade Stinson has over 39 years of experience in the utility industry, including nearly twenty years at the executive management level. He began his career at Memphis (TN) Light, Gas & Water progressing to the position of Vice President – Construction & Maintenance.

Rick Porter is currently Managing Partner of Porter Energy Advisors and a highly experienced Senior Executive with over 40 years of experience in the oil and gas industry directing large teams for Fortune 500 midstream companies and consulting firms. He was responsible for the performance of $6B+ in pipeline assets, negotiating shipper contracts, service agreements, and rate settlements.
