Rod Walker and Associates has many years of deep experience and expertise in the natural gas industry covering technical aspects of the gas distribution engineering fundamentals of planning, modeling, designing and constructing gas infrastructure as well as business acumen related to evaluation of capital programs and projects for reasonableness in program methodology, costs for such infrastructure, and familiarity with both the rate recovery mechanisms (riders), and revenue requirements for such capital expenditures. We have been involved with the development and review of infrastructure replacement programs and projects for remediating aging pipeline infrastructure from our work in industry, numerous due diligence reviews, and expert witness work.
